Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the government space? We need an experienced Graphics and Communications Specialist with innovative ideas on marketing strategies and the ability to utilize various media platforms for strategic communications and graphics support to senior-level government directors in the Mission Integration Directorate in the IC. Our government customer provides strategic, management, and business operations support to these directors.

Responsibilities

•

Develop, facilitate, and manage communications graphics, logos, awards, coins, reports, strategies, plans, and forums for a large organization.

•

Craft a broad range of communication graphics, publications, and products, translating complex programmatic or technical information into understandable concepts.

•

Support the development and execution of the customer’s communication and engagement strategy, ensuring clear, concise, and relevant messaging for all stakeholders.

•

Assist in planning and executing social morale events, internal/external Congressional communications, strategic outreach, and organizational branding.

•

Prepare executive-level briefings for Congressional staffers and VIP visitors, and handle photography for organizational charts, awards, and special events.

•

Collaborate with executive leaders to turn their vision into finished written and displayable products.

Requirements

•

Education: BS with 5-7 years of experience, MS with 3-5 years of experience, or PhD with 0-2 years of experience.

•

Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

•

3-5+ years of experience in developing, facilitating, and managing communications graphics, publications, strategies, and plans for a large organization.

•

Teamwork experience towards a common goal.

•

Experience in a highly functional staff with diverse responsibilities united by a common vision.

•

Creative interpretation skills, adept at working with executive leaders to produce finished products.

•

Proficiency in graphics and publishing software packages such as Publisher, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

•

Skilled in Microsoft Office and other communication tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
