UITDAGING: Een aantrekkelijke vervolg stap voor een breed georiënteerde Finance Professional die nauw betrokken wil zijn bij de financiële rapportage van en besluitvorming over een aanzienlijke en diverse investerings- en beleggingsportefeuille, in een Rotterdamse Family Office.
DE ROL: Als Group Controller ben je de rechterhand van de CFO en verantwoordelijk voor:
Je wordt ook intensief betrokken bij het voorbereiden van transacties, het diversifiëren van de portefeuille en het ondersteunen van tactische en strategische besluitvorming.
•
Het verzorgen van de financiële planning, consolidatie, rapportage, analyse en periodieke verantwoording op groepsniveau;
•
Het opstellen en bewaken van de liquiditeitsplanning en -prognoses op verschillende niveaus;
•
Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de deelnemingen voor aanverwante zaken;
•
Het ontwikkelen van een periodiek rendementsrapportage per asset-class;
•
Het ondersteunen van finance gerelateerde projecten op deelnemingsniveau.
