The Role

As a Growth Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-performing partnership portfolio that meets agreed objectives. You will lead negotiations for commercial agreements, ensuring they align with both Instacart’s priorities and partners' interests. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration to maintain partnership momentum and build trusted relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations.

Responsibilities

Manage a high-performing partnership portfolio with measurable results.
Lead complex negotiations with Fortune 500 partners and develop deal models.
Ensure cross-functional execution involving Legal, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
Build trusted senior relationships across partner organizations.
Develop a multi-year strategic roadmap for partnerships, identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

7+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management.
Proven ability to structure and negotiate commercial agreements.
Exceptional relationship management skills at multiple organizational levels.
Strong cross-functional operational skills to drive alignment.
Comfort managing operational complexity across a large partnership portfolio.

Nice to Have

Experience in financial services, media, travel, or loyalty.
Experience managing co-marketing investments or customer acquisition spend.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
