The Role

As the Head of Amazon, you will report directly to the CEO and have the authority to manage the Amazon channel effectively. You will own the Amazon P&L, set channel strategy, and lead product launches. This role is focused on delivering substantial and profitable growth, not just maintaining current performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon P&L across all active marketplaces, managing revenue, margin, advertising efficiency, and cost control.
• Set the long-term vision for Scriveiner’s success on Amazon and improve our existing strategy.
• Measure and report key metrics to the CEO, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the end-to-end Amazon product launch process, including listing creation, stock planning, and post-launch optimization.
• Develop a repeatable launch engine to streamline product introductions.
• Oversee all Amazon PPC campaigns, ensuring alignment with our strategy and managing TACoS.
• Ensure account health, compliance, and listing quality across all marketplaces.
• Build and lead a team, starting with an Amazon Listing Specialist and expanding as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful product launches and channel growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing a multi-marketplace Seller Central account.
• Strategic and hands-on approach to Amazon management.
• Experience launching products on Amazon.
• Deep PPC expertise and ability to manage advertising campaigns effectively.
• Strong commercial judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of Amazon brand management principles.
• High energy, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to work.

Nice to Have

• Background in premium, lifestyle, or accessories categories.
• Experience with international marketplace launches or expansions.
• Familiarity with EU marketplace compliance and logistics.
• Experience with Amazon tooling or reporting automation.

What We Offer

• Base salary ranging from £90,000 to £120,000 per annum, based on experience.
• Profit share of 1.5% of the year-on-year increase in Amazon CM3.
