In this role, you will oversee the management of the recruitment team in the European region, ensuring the effective execution of recruitment strategies and standards set by headquarters. You will be responsible for building a localized recruitment system to meet the ongoing talent needs of our overseas operations.

Responsibilities

Manage the European recruitment team and daily operations, coordinating recruitment efforts across various positions in the region.

Implement headquarters' recruitment strategies and management systems, setting regional recruitment goals, processes, and standards to improve efficiency and quality.

Deeply engage with the local talent market, understanding recruitment channels, industry characteristics, and labor regulations, while continuously expanding quality recruitment resources and building a talent pool for high-end overseas positions.

•

Oversee cross-cultural team management and internal/external departmental collaboration, ensuring the smooth execution of various recruitment projects in the region.

•

Regularly review recruitment efforts, optimizing processes, channels, and team management practices to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

•

Adaptable to domestic corporate management models, efficiently implementing headquarters' work arrangements and management requirements.

•

Expertise in Talent Acquisition (TA) with experience managing foreign teams, skilled in cross-cultural communication and coordination, and able to quickly adapt to diverse overseas office and team management scenarios.

•

Practical experience in overseas recruitment within the European region, familiar with local talent markets, recruitment channels, and employment models, with experience managing recruitment projects for outbound companies.

•

Comprehensive ability to independently handle overseas recruitment operations and address various work-related issues.

•

Willingness to be stationed overseas for the long term, supporting the company's international business and human resource adjustments.
