The Role

As the Head of Value Engineering for the Benelux region, you will lead a team of Value Engineers to manage the entire customer value lifecycle, focusing on account growth and renewals. You will collaborate closely with the Celonis GTM Leadership Teams to ensure customers achieve their strategic objectives using our Process Intelligence Platform. Your role will also involve acting as a trusted advisor to the Celonis Executive Team, facilitating engagements with key clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame value for prospects and customers.
• Own the complete customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing accounts.
• Translate strategic objectives into impactful Celonis use cases and promote Process Intelligence.
• Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives.
• Serve as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio, establishing Celonis as a key business transformation platform.
• Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey, supporting the deployment of new features and apps.
• Ensure customer success and manage change while pioneering new methodologies within the Value Engineering organization.
• Host Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to communicate results and value realized.
• Recruit and develop the next generation of Celonis Value Engineers, maintaining high standards for candidate excellence.
• Lead by example and demonstrate Celonis Leadership Principles, effectively allocating resources to meet targets.

Requirements

• Domain Expertise: Strong business domain knowledge in areas like Finance or Supply Chain, with experience in strategic transformation initiatives.
• Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of industry trends and challenges faced by C-Suite executives.
• Product Expertise: Experience guiding IT teams through the Celonis Process Intelligence journey and building dashboards.
• Project Management: Ability to plan and manage project scope and timelines effectively.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Skilled in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Value Selling Methodology: Familiarity with the Celonis value selling methodology throughout the customer journey.
• Value Realization: Proven track record in identifying use cases and implementing improvement measures.
• Sales & Commercial Acumen: Ability to qualify engagements and champion the value selling methodology.
• Leadership Skills: Proven capability to lead by example and engage hands-on with teams.
