The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding the highest standards across our bedrooms and public areas. You will conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met. Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you will assist in training, developing, and motivating the team while also helping with planning and organization. This hands-on role may require you to support cleaning duties alongside administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends
