We are seeking an experienced and agile HR Business Partner who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused environment. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to align people strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to enhance talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Analyze HR metrics and survey results to drive employee engagement and improve performance.
• Lead the performance management cycle, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Facilitate talent review and calibration forums to identify high-potential talent and succession opportunities.
• Advise managers on employee relations while ensuring compliance with Spanish and Italian employment legislation.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and restructuring initiatives.
• Work with HR teams to deliver strategic HR programs and ensure consistent implementation of people policies and best practices.
• Provide data-driven insights through HR metrics analysis to enhance organizational performance and employee experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in an international setting.
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Strong expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and talent review processes.
• Solid understanding of Spanish and Italian employment law.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
