The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our European HR team. This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations while supporting various HR initiatives in an international and multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Support HR data management, reporting, and analysis.

Aid in employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.

Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and the development of HR documentation.

Collaborate with employees and managers to understand how HR processes align with business objectives.

•

Provide general support for HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
