**Hands-on HR Operations & Administration:**

Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract adjustments, and offboarding for approximately 50 employees.

•

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR questions, policies, and benefits.

•

Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant personnel files and HR systems (transitioning to Loket).

•

**Global Mobility & Expat Support:**

•

Oversee the relocation process for incoming expats, including visa applications and housing guidance.

•

Coordinate 30% ruling applications and liaise with tax advisors and global mobility vendors.

•

Ensure correct data delivery for expat payroll elements.

•

**Monthly Payroll Coordination & Financial Audit Prep:**

•

Prepare and check monthly payroll data for local and expat employees, collaborating with external payroll providers.

•

Monitor the WKR management and ensure proper classification of employee allowances and benefits.

•

Gather HR/payroll documentation for finance teams and auditors for year-end closings.

•

**Practical Recruitment & Performance Management:**

•

Facilitate the annual employee assessment and review process, ensuring all reviews are documented.

•

Process outcomes of the performance cycle, updating payroll and HR systems as necessary.

•

Manage the recruitment process for open positions, from job postings to final contract offers.

•

Coordinate candidate assessment programs during the hiring process.

•

**Absence Management & Compliance:**

•

Track and report sick leave, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws.

•

Manage communication and implementation of local collective benefits, including the company pension plan.

•

4–7 years of experience in a hands-on HR role (HR Officer, HR Generalist, or HR BP) in a small-to-medium-sized international setup (50–100 employees).

•

Strong operational mindset, organized, and approachable, with a willingness to handle administrative tasks.
