Als onze organisatie blijft groeien, zijn we op zoek naar een HR Operations Coordinator om onze HR-functies te versterken. In deze rol ondersteun je een breed scala aan activiteiten in de werknemerscyclus, waaronder werving, onboarding, offboarding, en het beheer van personeelsgegevens. Je communiceert ook met externe leveranciers en interne belanghebbenden over de implementatie en verbetering van HR- en loonadministratiesystemen. Je werkt aanvankelijk onder begeleiding van de HR Manager en krijgt geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheden. Naarmate je je ontwikkelt in de rol, zijn er kansen om je verantwoordelijkheden uit te breiden op basis van je sterke punten en interesses, waaronder werving, loonadministratie, werknemersrelaties, HR-systemen en procesverbetering.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Voorbereiden en onderhouden van arbeidsovereenkomsten, aanbodbrieven, contractwijzigingen en andere HR-documentatie
•
Coördineren van onboarding, interne wijzigingen, contractverlengingen en offboarding-processen
•
Bijhouden van nauwkeurige personeelsdossiers en HR-gegevens
•
Toezicht houden op belangrijke deadlines, waaronder contractverlengingen, proeftijd en werkvergunningseisen
•
Beantwoorden van algemene vragen van werknemers over verlof, voordelen, bedrijfsbeleid en HR-procedures
•
Ondersteunen van prestatiebeoordelingen, ontwikkelingsprocessen en werknemersenquêtes
•
Ondersteunen van HR-administratie voor werknemers in onze Europese entiteiten en die in dienst zijn via EOR-leveranciers
