De Rol
In deze veelzijdige functie houd je je onder andere bezig met:
•
Verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van personeels- en salarisgegevens in onze HR- en salarissystemen.
•
Voorbereiden en controleren van salarismutaties en deze aanleveren bij onze externe salarisverwerker.
•
Verwerken van mutaties rondom in-, door- en uitstroom en verzorgen van bijbehorende documenten.
•
Beheren van digitale personeelsdossiers en HR-administratie.
•
Beantwoorden van eerstelijns HR-vragen van medewerkers over procedures, systemen, formulieren en de cao.
•
Beheren van de algemene HR-mailbox en bewaken van acties en deadlines.
•
Begeleiden en bewaken van het onboardingproces.
•
Onderhouden van contact met onder andere de Belastingdienst, externe payrollpartner, internationale C&B-leveranciers en Finance.
•
Beheren van het wagenpark en onderhouden van contact met de leasemaatschappij en berijders.
•
Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meedenken over het optimaliseren van HR- en payrollprocessen.
