Als Servicedesk Medewerker ICT binnen onze zorginstelling ASVZ ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle ICT-gerelateerde vraagstukken. Je biedt telefonisch support aan gebruikers, lost problemen op waar mogelijk of zet tickets door naar de juiste oplosgroep. Je ondersteunt alle collega's van ASVZ, waarbij je altijd klantgericht en oplossingsgericht te werk gaat.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Verlenen van eerstelijns ICT-ondersteuning aan medewerkers binnen de zorgorganisatie.
•
Registratie en bewaking van tickets binnen TOPdesk.
•
Oplossen van tickets waar mogelijk.
•
Deelnemen aan gebruikers overleggen, zoals Digimaatjes overleggen.
•
Communiceren met verschillende afdelingen om vragen en problemen snel en efficiënt op te lossen.
•
Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van ICT-processen en -systemen binnen de organisatie.
•
Proactief meedenken over oplossingen die het werk in de zorg efficiënter maken.
