Track immigration milestones, document requirements, and deadlines for timely submissions.

Maintain accurate case records and data in JIRA and hiBob.

•

Build strong relationships with immigration advisors and attorneys, monitoring service quality and driving improvements.

•

Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other teams to identify risks and enhance processes.

•

Oversee invoice processing from external providers, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

•

Track program performance through KPIs, reporting, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

•

Proven experience managing end-to-end immigration cases in the Netherlands, preferably in consultancy and industry settings.

•

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

•

Significant understanding of immigration best practices and processes, with adaptability to changing regulations.

•

Experience working across various countries and cultures, with excellent communication skills.
