Verantwoordelijkheden

Onderhandelen over betalingsregelingen en de financiële situatie van schuldenaren beoordelen.

Signaleren van risico’s en kansen in dossiers en bepalen van noodzakelijke juridische of financiële acties.

Behandelen van klachten en bezwaren met een correcte en rechtvaardige afhandeling.

Samenwerken met opdrachtgevers en juridische partners om de beste strategie te ontwikkelen.
