In this pivotal role at Bizzdesign, you will be integral to our Security & Compliance function. You will manage our security assurance program, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2, while acting as a trusted partner for both internal teams and external clients.

De rol

As the Information Security Officer, you will take ownership of Bizzdesign’s security frameworks and control environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and enhancing security frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, etc.) and associated controls.
• Designing, implementing, and improving security policies and procedures.
• Acting as the main contact for customers regarding security topics, including RFPs and contract reviews.
• Translating security requirements into business-friendly responses.
• Driving risk management activities, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Leading internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up.
• Collaborating with product teams to ensure effective security controls.
• Supporting and leading security improvement initiatives across the organization.

Vereisten

• 3–5 jaar ervaring in Informatiebeveiliging, GRC of Security Assurance.
• Sterke kennis van frameworks zoals ISO27001 en SOC 2 (extra frameworks zijn een plus).
• Ervaring met klantvragenlijsten en discussies over beveiliging.
• Vermogen om compliance-eisen in balans te brengen met praktische implementatie.
• Sterke vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement en communicatie met senior stakeholders.
• Vloeiend in het Engels, kennis van het Nederlands is een plus.

Nice to Have

• Relevante certificeringen (bijv. CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor).
• Ervaring in een SaaS- of productgedreven omgeving.
• Ervaring met Compliance Automation Tools zoals Vanta of Drata.
