Ben jij een Commercieel medewerker binnendienst met een commerciële instelling? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van optimale resultaten en staat de klant centraal. Je hebt een proactieve houding en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
Vereisten
•
Afgeronde HBO of MBO opleiding in accountmanagement of commerciële economie;
•
Minimaal 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in commerciële binnendienstrollen;
•
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
•
Klantgerichte en proactieve instelling;
•
Ervaring met ERP- of CRM-systemen is een pré;
•
Affiniteit met sales en commercie;
•
Kennis van markt- en concurrentieanalyse en commerciële strategieën.
