To strengthen our Commercial team in the Netherlands, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and creating long-term business value. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the heart of our commercial organization. You will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) customers while actively identifying new business opportunities across all trades.
The Role
You won't just respond to customer requests—you will proactively engage customers, uncover their logistics challenges, and translate them into smart, tailor-made CMA CGM solutions. Whether it's maritime transport, intermodal services, logistics, digital products, or value-added services, you will know how to create value and strengthen customer loyalty. Working closely with Sales, Trade Management, Customer Care, and Operations, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
