Good training on a hard system is rarer than the system itself. A multinational defence organisation needs short, sharp e-learning for the people who operate its intelligence systems — onboarding, keeping skills current, and making the tools actually usable in an operation. The work is done from your own premises, with occasional visits to sites in the Netherlands, Portugal, and Belgium.

You will be responsible for storyboarding each functional area, writing scripts, and planning instructional methods. Your tasks include producing short interactive micro lessons with multimedia, voiceover, and assessments, while ensuring compliance with classification, security, and accessibility standards. You will deliver SCORM-compliant modules, collaborating closely with a graphic designer, and embed lessons in wiki pages within the shared repository. Your coverage will span various functional areas including product repository, analysis of the operating picture, request-for-information workflow, collection management, collection operations, ballistic missile analysis, and warning problem management. Additionally, you will supply editable source files and manage each module through up to two review cycles.
