The Role
In this role, you will take charge of German payroll processing and support our outsourced payroll services. You will communicate with clients regarding the German payroll landscape and ensure smooth service delivery. Your responsibilities will include connecting systems and processes, advising on translating foreign HR policies, and ensuring compliance with local laws.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage payroll processing in Germany.
- Communicate effectively with clients about the German payroll landscape.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery in compliance with local regulations.
- Support colleagues and connect systems and processes as needed.
- Advise on translating foreign HR policies into local employment relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in German payroll processing.
- Familiarity with DATEV.
- Previous roles as Payroll Specialist, Payroll Consultant, or similar.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Available to start around July 10th.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
