SodaStream is looking for an intern in Continuous Improvement to lead a project in our production environment. This hands-on role will allow you to apply problem-solving methodologies and make a tangible impact on our operations.
Ben jij een student Technische Bedrijfskunde of Werktuigbouwkunde (WTB)? Of volg je een minor in Operational Excellence of Continuous Improvement? Dan is deze stage bij SodaStream iets voor jou. In onze fabriek Netherlands Logistics Centre (NLC) in Tilburg worden ideeën werkelijkheid: van het hervullen van CO₂-cilinders tot het uitvoeren van dagelijkse productie en distributie voor de Europese markt. Het is een hands-on en dynamische werkomgeving waar continu kansen liggen voor verbetering. En waar jouw werk directe impact heeft op onze operatie.
Wat ga je doen?
Tijdens deze stage ga je een eigen project leiden op het gebied van continu verbeteren in onze productie fabriek. Mogelijke opdrachten:
- Pas gestructureerde probleemoplossingsmethodieken toe zoals A3 en DMAIC, met een sterke focus op efficiëntie en praktische implementatie.
- Optimaliseren van workflows en balanceren van operaties.
- Ondersteunen bij de implementatie en borging van 6S.
- Samenwerken met teams zoals Productie, QESH en Supply Chain.
Dit is een hands-on stage waar je echt impact kan gaan maken binnen de organisatie, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met een ervaren OpEx Engineer en de resultaten van jouw werk direct terugziet in de dagelijkse operatie.
