Als Internal Communications Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en leiden van een interne communicatiestrategie die structuur en consistentie in de organisatie brengt. Je werkt nauw samen met interne belanghebbenden om belangrijke boodschappen, kanalen en communicatieritmes te definiëren die zijn afgestemd op de bedrijfsprioriteiten en groei. Je stimuleert initiatieven die de betrokkenheid en verbinding tussen locaties versterken en zorgt ervoor dat communicatie een samenhangende cultuur ondersteunt. Je creëert boeiende, op medewerkers gerichte inhoud voor interne kanalen zoals e-mailupdates, nieuwsbrieven, intranet, video's, presentaties, podcasts en town halls. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de voortdurende verbetering van interne communicatieplatforms zoals intranet/SharePoint en interne e-mailtools. Je ondersteunt managers met praktische tools en richtlijnen om effectief te communiceren met hun teams en werkt samen met het Change Facilitator-team om duidelijke en tijdige communicatie te creëren tijdens veranderingsinitiatieven. Tot slot monitor je de betrokkenheid en effectiviteit van interne communicatie en gebruik je inzichten om de aanpak te verfijnen en impact te versterken.
