As the International Aggregators Business Manager, you will support the Aggregator Center of Excellence (COE) in executing strategies that boost sales on third-party aggregator platforms while reinforcing Domino’s brand across various channels.

The Role

You will work closely with International Markets and Business Teams to develop and implement impactful aggregator strategies. Your responsibilities will include consulting on aggregator strategies, supporting market initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support international markets in defining and optimizing aggregator strategies to enhance sales and brand positioning.
• Provide hands-on assistance to priority markets from opportunity assessment to execution.
• Advise on best practices for achieving aggregator growth while maintaining long-term business sustainability.
• Identify operational risks and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate them.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and performance across aggregator platforms.
• Capture and evolve Domino’s perspective on third-party aggregators through market learnings and best practices.
• Develop scalable frameworks and tools for consistent execution across aggregator platforms.
• Prepare materials and facilitate knowledge-sharing forums to enhance learning across DPI and International Markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align aggregator priorities with commercial objectives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in International Markets to ensure follow-through on priorities and deliverables.
• Stay informed about aggregator platform capabilities and industry trends to support market needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital, eCommerce, consulting, or aggregator strategy; experience in QSR or franchising is preferred.
• Familiarity with third-party aggregator platforms and digital customer journeys.
• Strong analytical skills to inform recommendations and improve performance.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Self-starter with ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• International experience and proficiency in a second language are preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 15–20%).
