The Role
You will ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery across various EMEA entities, acting as a key player in maintaining smooth payroll operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

Partnering with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure compliance with local legislation and payroll controls.

Performing payroll reconciliations and supporting month-end and year-end activities.

Driving process improvements and automation initiatives across the payroll landscape.
