Cordys Analytics is a rapidly growing medtech startup and spin-out from UMC Utrecht, focused on developing GALVO, an AI-powered cardiology platform that enhances cardiac diagnostics. Our mission is to improve cardiovascular care through the integration of artificial intelligence and clinical expertise. As our Holter Operations expand across Europe, we seek an analytical intern or graduate student to help optimize and scale this critical business segment.

Holter Operations are central to the GALVO platform, involving the reception, analysis, quality control, and reporting of Holter recordings. As demand increases, we aim to manage operations systematically and data-driven. You will assist in developing and validating the Holter Operations Management System, a tool utilized in our weekly meetings to support operational decisions.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Map the end-to-end Holter Operations process from intake to delivery.
• Enhance our capacity planning model linking forecast demand to analysis and QC capacity.
• Translate Holter volumes into required analyst and QC hours.
• Define and refine operational KPIs.
• Develop the operational scorecard using Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.
• Create KPI passports detailing definitions, formulas, data sources, and thresholds.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and seasonal effects on productivity.
• Design a recruitment pipeline for student ECG analysts.
• Convert operational data into actionable management decisions.

Vereisten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a Dutch university or university of applied sciences (HBO).
• Reside in the Netherlands during the internship.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for quantitative modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI, Python, or SQL is a plus.
• Practical and results-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative spirit with an interest in healthcare, medtech, or AI applications.
