Our team is involved in most major M&A transactions in the Benelux and ranks among the top advisory firms in the region, often interacting daily with senior management of our clients.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be integral to the origination and execution of investment banking mandates across various product areas. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include participating in the entire cycle of transactional execution, which involves preparing marketing pitches, conducting financial analyses, and creating internal committee memoranda and client presentations for M&A and capital markets transactions.
