The IT Operations Administrator is tasked with providing top-notch support across various systems and platforms for both domestic and international employees. This role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, accountability, and a commitment to improving the technology experience for employees. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of responsibility, demonstrate sound judgment, and be eager to learn and adapt using tools like Okta, Jira, Google Workspace, MDM, and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation, including hardware setup and software installation.
• Provide end-to-end support for Mac and Windows operating systems, as well as mobile devices (Apple, Android).
• Manage user and software access using tools such as Okta, Jira, and Google Workspace.
• Maintain asset inventory and oversee hardware refresh cycles, including purchasing, provisioning, configuring, and shipping.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance to ensure IT security meets or exceeds compliance requirements, including support for AI tools.
• Document solutions, create guides, and explain troubleshooting steps for tickets.
• Appropriately escalate issues while maintaining accountability for communication and follow-up.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT.
• An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with a fully remote environment, zero touch deployment architecture, and device management through MDM.
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, and Service Management).
• Working knowledge of IT security principles, including data protection and access management.
• Basic understanding of information security and privacy compliance requirements.
• Ability to identify potential security or compliance risks and escalate issues appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task performance.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on professionalism.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with the team.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to improving IT processes and documentation.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $84,000 - $132,000, depending on various factors such as location and experience.
