De Rol:
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het indelen en kwalificeren van goederen (voedingsproducten) volgens de goederen nomenclatuur. Je stelt BTI-verzoeken op en dient deze in, en zorgt ervoor dat douanedocumenten verzendklaar zijn. Daarnaast voer je alle overige werkzaamheden uit die verband houden met douanezaken. Je hebt kennis van de import- en exportbepalingen voor voedingsmiddelen en bent bekend met exportdocumenten zoals suikerpercentages en gezondheidscertificaten.
Je ondersteunt ook je collega's bij de inkoopadministratie door:

Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van inkooporders, facturen en andere documenten.
•
Contact onderhouden met leveranciers. Follow-up met betrekking tot:
•
Letters of Credit;
•
Late Shipment;
•
Contact met rederijen en agenten;
•
Track & Trace van containers tot aan de eindbestemming;
•
Artikelen en orders.
