The Role

We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our collaborative finance team. This role is ideal for someone who has recently graduated or is about to graduate with a degree in accounting, controlling, or finance. You will receive coaching and training to develop into a well-rounded finance professional while contributing to our mission of energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of invoices and bank transactions.
• Preparing weekly payment batches and ad-hoc payments.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Assisting with balance sheet management for various companies within the Titan group.
• Supporting the periodic financial closing process and providing input for management reporting.
• Addressing ad-hoc questions from the organization.
• Contributing to financial improvement projects.
• Assisting with the preparation for external audits.

Requirements

• Completed (or nearing completion of) a relevant bachelor's or master’s degree, such as Accounting & Control or Finance.
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment and motivation to be part of the rapidly growing clean fuel sector.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (such as Dutch or Spanish) are advantageous.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, social, and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ownership of tasks.
• Interest in working with IT systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite).
• Must be located in the Netherlands and available to work on-site three times per week.
