David Kennedy Recruitment is collaborating with a fast-growing international AI company to find a Junior Performance Marketer for its Growth team. In this role, you will operate and enhance acquisition campaigns across adult, native, push, and RTB traffic sources, with the potential to take on larger campaign budgets over time.

Responsibilities:

•

Launch and optimize adult acquisition campaigns.

•

Monitor performance by traffic source, placement, format, market, and creative.

•

Reallocate spend based on CPA, conversion, and traffic quality.

•

Identify weak placements, fraud, and low-quality traffic.

•

Contribute to creative hypotheses and testing plans.

•

Evaluate performance beyond clicks and registrations.

•

Analyze subscription conversion and customer quality.

•

Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting.

•

Communicate results and recommended actions clearly.

•

Progressively develop toward independent ownership of substantial campaign budgets.

Requirements:

•

Recent experience in executing campaigns.

•

Personal responsibility for campaigns or a defined portion of advertising spend.

•

Evidence of making campaign optimization decisions.

•

Understanding of CPA, conversion, ROAS, and basic LTV.

•

Meaningful involvement in creative testing.

•

Strong numerical reasoning skills.

•

Clear communication abilities.

•

Fast learning capability and high ownership.

•

Experience in B2C or DTC environments.

•

Full comfort working directly with explicit creatives.

•

Experience with adult acquisition, native, push, or RTB traffic is an advantage.

•

Familiarity with platforms such as TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars, Clickadu, PropellerAds, Adsterra, or TrafficFactory is a plus.

•

Experience with Taboola, Outbrain, or MGID is beneficial.

•

Familiarity with Voluum, Binom, or RedTrack is a plus.

•

Understanding of server-to-server postbacks, sub-ID, and placement-level tracking is advantageous.

•

Relevant experience in mobile gaming, performance marketing, mobile-growth agencies, consumer subscription apps, or iGaming and online betting is valuable.

•

Experience in dating and social apps, DTC, e-commerce, or other high-volume B2C subscription businesses is also relevant.

•

Willingness to work under a B2B contractor arrangement.
