The LAB Performance Insights Manager is a key member of the LAB Associate to Consultant Performance Team, reporting to the LAB Performance Director. This role focuses on converting data from all LAB cohorts into actionable insights and coordinated strategies. You will monitor metrics such as billability, utilization, and staffing rates, identifying trends and risks while collaborating with the LAB Performance Director to implement recommendations. Additionally, you will lead strategic projects and support the LAB Talent & Performance Senior Director in executing priorities across the team.
Responsibilities
•
Own LAB-wide performance team reporting and insights, sourcing and analyzing data to build and enhance dashboards for leadership visibility on key metrics.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across cohorts, developing recommendations and coordinating actions with leadership.
•
Present insights at team retrospectives, using data to drive accountability and improvements.
•
Lead strategic projects from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with leadership at critical decision points.
•
Enhance team processes by mapping existing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing practical recommendations.
•
Develop engaging communications to support change initiatives, including updates and materials for leadership and teams.
•
Advance data and technology usage within the team, leading initiatives, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating on new tools.
•
Provide mentorship and capability building within the People Team, sharing expertise and supporting junior members.
