As Lead Content Strategist, you will oversee the comprehensive strategy for how we engage with our accommodation partners, ensuring our content resonates and drives behavior change.

The Role

You will connect our commercial needs with our partners' requirements, crafting content strategies that enhance product adoption and partner satisfaction while reducing support inquiries. This role requires a strategic mindset, focusing not just on digital campaigns but on the entire partner journey, utilizing AI and data to personalize insights and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the overarching content strategy and narratives for partner-facing content, enhancing partner experiences.
• Set performance targets and provide insights to improve engagement and impact KPIs for the Digital Partner content team.
• Integrate AI approaches into content strategy, using data to understand partner insights and create personalized narratives.
• Manage and prioritize a backlog of hypotheses and projects based on business impact.
• Lead complex projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals and managing dependencies.
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Conduct analysis of performance and market data to derive insights and define hypotheses.
• Advocate for partner needs within the organization, serving as their voice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing within a complex organization.
• Proven ability to leverage customer insights to understand partners.
• Expertise in using GenAI and data analytics for strategic direction and iterative content strategies.
• Strong data literacy to build actionable insights.
• Experience in a sizable marketing environment, preferably in a multinational B2B context.
• Business acumen to understand Booking's objectives and how different departments collaborate.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
