Als Lead Designer ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen van innovatieve hoogspanningsprojecten. Je stuurt een team van 5 tot 10 (Lead) Engineers aan en bent de gewaardeerde gesprekspartner voor opdrachtgevers en specialisten. Je beheerst de complexe interfaces tussen elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, instrumentatie en civiele techniek, en zorgt ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van goede contacten op de juiste niveaus om kansen vroegtijdig te signaleren en optimaal te benutten.
•
Signaleren van technologische ontwikkelingen en bevorderen van innovatie om nieuwe marktkansen te creëren.
•
Opstellen van het integrale ontwerpplan en behalen van ontwerpdoelen op het gebied van kwaliteit, doorlooptijd, financiën, risicobeheersing en veiligheid.
•
Adviseren bij tenders over haalbaarheid en aanpak om een onderscheidend en winnend plan te ontwikkelen.
