The Role

In this position, you will oversee partner deals from initial qualification to final agreement, coordinating with Nebius's technical, financial, legal, and compliance teams to drive each deal to closure. You will manage a portfolio of partner deals, ensuring effective communication and relationship management with partner principals and intermediaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partner deals at various stages.
• Conduct partner qualification processes by coordinating internal functions (site evaluation, finance checks, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility).
• Lead commercial negotiations, including term sheets and fee structures, within a defined framework.
• Interface with Finance to ensure accurate reflection of deal models, including capex and revenue-sharing.
• Coordinate technical scoping with engineering teams to produce partner-facing materials.
• Drive the legal workflow, including NDAs and definitive agreements.
• Ensure compliance with export-control and regulatory requirements for each deal.
• Conduct partner due diligence, assembling responses from subject-matter experts.
• Maintain pipeline status and reporting, triaging inbound interest appropriately.
• Collaborate with Sales and Government Relations as deals approach signature.

Requirements

• Proven experience in originating, structuring, and closing complex commercial deals in infrastructure or related fields.
• Financial fluency to assess project models and handle partner diligence.
• Technical understanding of infrastructure components (compute, networking, storage).
• Strong cross-functional program management skills.
• Familiarity with export-control and sanctions regimes.
• Excellent written English for producing partner-facing documents.
• Ability to engage with C-level counterparts and willingness to travel.
• Discipline in communication, providing confirmed information only.
