Je verdeelt het werk, coacht je collega’s en bent aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Je houdt de voorraad in de gaten, weet hoe inbound en outbound werkt en springt zelf bij zodra dat nodig is. Niet alleen vertellen wat er moet gebeuren, maar het samen voor elkaar krijgen. Daar krijg jij energie van.
