Je geeft richting aan de strategie, het assortiment en de commerciële resultaten, en vertaalt ontwikkelingen in de markt naar een toekomstgerichte aanpak.
Functieomschrijving
•
Je ontwikkelt en implementeert de strategie voor de productgroep Sanitair, passend binnen de organisatiedoelstellingen en het strategische meerjarenplan.
•
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het assortiment, prijsbeleid, marges, beschikbaarheid en commerciële prestaties.
•
Je bouwt duurzame leveranciersrelaties op en onderhandelt over contracten en commerciële afspraken.
•
Je analyseert marktontwikkelingen en klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar succesvolle product-marktcombinaties.
•
Je stuurt actief op inkoopkortingen, verkoopprijzen en margeverbeteringen.
•
Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance en E-commerce.
•
Je signaleert risico's rondom leveranciers en marktontwikkelingen en neemt proactief maatregelen.
•
Je geeft leiding aan Productmanagers en Assistent Productmanagers en coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling.
