We are seeking a Mandarin Speaking Guest Services Agent to provide friendly and personalized front-desk service to our guests 24/7. Your responsibilities will include managing onboard sales transactions, operating the phone switchboard and cashless systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the guest infotainment system. You will also assist with check-in and check-out processes, handle guest complaints, and coordinate embarkation and disembarkation activities.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (hospitality degree preferred) and at least two years of experience in a luxury cruise line or international hotel. You must be able to manage confidential information discreetly, maintain high hygiene standards, and work flexible hours as needed. Fluency in Mandarin is required, along with good English communication skills; a third language is a plus.
