ChargePoint is expanding its marketing efforts in Europe, seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead initiatives and establish a strong marketing function. This hands-on role involves direct execution of campaigns, events, and strategies to enhance ChargePoint's presence in the European market.

The Role

As the first dedicated marketing professional in Europe, you will collaborate with the European sales team to generate leads and execute marketing programs. This role requires a proactive approach to bring campaigns to fruition, from logistics to performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing programs across Europe, including trade shows, customer events, and partner activities.
• Manage regional webinars and digital events from concept to execution, including promotion and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the European sales team on account-level marketing to drive opportunities and accelerate deals.
• Localize and adapt global marketing campaigns for European markets using AI tools for efficient scaling.
• Build and manage regional email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs with demand generation teams.
• Maintain relationships with local event organizers, media contacts, and agency partners.
• Oversee the European marketing calendar, aligning with global teams on launches and campaigns.
• Track and report on campaign performance and ROI to demonstrate impact and drive investment.

Requirements

• Proven B2B field marketing experience in European markets, with hands-on management of events and campaigns.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional major European language (e.g., German, French).
• Ability to work independently in a startup-like environment with strong resourcefulness.
• Collaborative approach to working with sales teams, understanding the marketing contribution to revenue.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for field marketing activities.
• A builder mindset with enthusiasm for developing processes and programs.

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI tools for marketing execution, including content creation and campaign analysis.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with international stakeholders across time zones.
