The Role

As a Marketing Specialist for Pain Management in EMEA, you will coordinate the planning, creation, implementation, and measurement of marketing strategies within our Pain Management Portfolio. This hybrid position requires regular travel and collaboration with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Education, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional and European franchise marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Coordinate regional campaigns, product launches, congress activities, physician engagement, and customer events across European markets.
• Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement activities and represent the franchise at congresses and customer events.
• Conduct competitive product analysis, market research, and customer behavior analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Enable sales through product messaging, field support, customer evaluations, and collaboration during visits and procedural cases.
• Provide clinical support during cryo nerve block cases, including education and best-practice guidance.
• Train physicians, nurses, and staff on product usage and procedural techniques, ensuring accurate brand representation.
• Collaborate with US marketing, scientific affairs, regulatory, clinical, and global marketing teams to align strategies.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product/Marketing Manager with a marketing background.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in marketing and communication roles.
• Creative, innovative, and technically adept with strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience managing large international marketing projects.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a health profession.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cardiothoracic, cardiovascular, or anesthesiology fields.
• Background in cryoablation, anesthesia, or neuromodulation.
• Experience with international organizations and customers.
• Scientific educational background (pharmacy, life sciences, biomedical engineering).
• Additional European language skills.
