De Rol
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van klanten via e-mail, chat en telefoon. Je verdiept je in onze Next Level Gear zodat je klanten optimaal kunt adviseren. Je beantwoordt vragen over producten, bestellingen, leveringen en retouren, en transformeert complicaties in positieve ervaringen. Daarnaast signaleer je verbeterpunten en geef je deze terug aan het team.
