Wil jij werkzaam zijn in een uniek cluster binnen Hero kindercentra? Je bent onderdeel van de enige MKC locatie van onze organisatie, Montessori De Wijde Wereld in Schalkwijk (Zuid-Haarlem). Op deze locatie is er een kinderdagverblijf, VVE-PO en BSO. Naast het aansturen van deze locatie zijn er ook nog twee VVE-PO locaties in de nabije omgeving die aangesloten zijn binnen het cluster.
De Rol
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de bedrijfsvoering als de pedagogische kwaliteit van het kinderdagverblijf, VVE peuteropvang en buitenschoolse opvang. Met jouw zakelijke en pedagogische inzicht zie en benut je kansen, terwijl je met een coachende leiderschapsstijl medewerkers weet te verbinden, motiveren en ontwikkelen.
