The Role:
As a 1st line REACH support technician, you will be responsible for providing first-line support at the Brunssum location. Your duties include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all systems are secure and up to date. You will provide technical support to end-users, assist in the development of new ICT systems, and manage timelines while collaborating with local technical support teams and external companies.
