Junior Sales Coordinator Used Equipment Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Salary: €2,800 to €3,800 gross per month (depending on experience) Location: Schiedam
Bij Mammoet krijgt specialistisch equipment een tweede leven. Wereldwijd verkopen we onder andere mobiele- en rupskranen, trucks, trailers, SPMT's en ander materieel dat niet langer binnen onze eigen projecten wordt ingezet. Als Junior Sales Coordinator Used Equipment ondersteun je het internationale verkoopproces van ons gebruikte materieel. Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales Managers en helpt bij het coördineren van verkooptrajecten, het voorbereiden van documentatie en het onderhouden van contact met klanten en interne afdelingen.
Wat je gaat doen
•
Ondersteunen van Sales Managers bij internationale verkooptrajecten.
•
Voorbereiden en verwerken van offertes, verkoopdocumentatie en contracten.
•
Onderhouden van contact met klanten over de voortgang van verkooptrajecten.
•
Coördineren van administratieve en logistieke werkzaamheden rondom leveringen.
•
Samenwerken met Operations, Finance, Legal en Logistics om verkoopprocessen soepel te laten verlopen.
•
Bijhouden en beheren van de Mammoet Used Equipment website.
•
Signaleren van commerciële kansen en meedenken over procesverbeteringen.
•
Ondersteunen bij marketingactiviteiten en het vergroten van de online zichtbaarheid van Used Equipment.
•
Bijdragen aan de verdere digitalisering van commerciële processen, waaronder de inzet van AI.
