Ons Public Law team zoekt een gemotiveerde advocaat(-stagiair) die net is afgestudeerd of al enige werkervaring heeft en die graag in het bestuursrecht wil werken. Wij zoeken een echte teamspeler met een internationale mindset, uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, oog voor detail en interesse in bestuursrecht.

Over het Public Law team

Ons team houdt zich bezig met diverse zaken, van omgevingsrecht tot energierecht, en fungeert als sparringpartner en procesadvocaat. Je krijgt de kans om je te verdiepen in alle aspecten van het bestuursrecht, zowel nationaal als internationaal.

De rol

Als advocaat(-stagiair) maak je onderdeel uit van ons Public Law & Energy team. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's, met een focus op bestuursrecht. Je taken omvatten:

•

Adviseren van cliënten over uiteenlopende bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken

•

Voorbereiden (en bepleiten) van processtukken

•

Adviseren en procederen op het gebied van omgevingsrecht

•

Begeleiden van cliënten bij het aanvragen van vergunningen en ruimtelijke ordeningsprocedures
