Als grondwerker ben jij een vakman of vakvrouw die trots is op zijn of haar werk. Je gaat aan de slag in de buitenlucht voor uitdagende VRI-projecten in Noord-Brabant en Limburg. Samen met je team ben je dagelijks op de bouwplaats bezig met straat- en grondwerkzaamheden, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de machinist op de minigraver. Je ondersteunt ook collega's bij grotere projecten zoals de aanleg van openbare verlichting en verkeersregelinstallaties.
De Rol
Je werkzaamheden zijn divers en omvatten onder andere het opbreken van straten en het voorsteken van kabel- en leidingwerk. Je komt regelmatig onvoorziene situaties tegen, wat de uitdaging vergroot om samen met je team oplossingen te vinden.
