De rol

As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our global marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and PR initiatives. Working closely with founder William Brand, the sales team, and external partners, you will strengthen our international brand presence, create exceptional customer experiences, and contribute directly to the company's growth. In this position, you will play a key role in elevating Brand van Egmond from one of the world's best-kept secrets in high-end design to a globally recognized name.

Verantwoordelijkheden

•

Develop and execute the global marketing strategy to increase Brand van Egmond's visibility among architects, interior designers, luxury hospitality, and private clients (B2B + B2C).

•

Lead content creation and design of marketing materials to showcase the artistry behind our brand.

•

Manage and optimize our digital marketing activities together with external partners, ensuring measurable growth and return on investment.

•

Drive the digital marketing strategy across all platforms: social media, email marketing, and B2B platforms.

•

Own the SEO keyword strategy and implement technical SEO improvements and customer-centric content creation focused on boosting inbound lead generation.

•

Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and enhance user experiences.

•

Initiate PR activities, mailing campaigns, and media outreach.

•

Support in organizing live and online events.

•

Contribute to the development of our digital infrastructure and data management.

•

Coordinate asset and content management.

•

Manage the WordPress website as the company’s primary digital touchpoint.

Vereisten

You do not need to be an expert in every discipline, but you should be able to manage, coordinate, and work effectively with specialists and external partners.

•

Strong strategic ability and analytical thinking.

•

Skilled designer with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) and Canva.

•

Experience in email marketing, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

•

Proficient in Google Analytics and digital marketing analytics/reporting. Experience with Google Ads and Meta ads is a plus.

•

Familiarity with CMS & E-commerce systems. Knowledge of WordPress is a requirement.

•

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and website analytics.

•

Positive and resilient mindset, willing to explore innovative approaches.

•

An active PR network is preferred.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Dutch is a big advantage.
