Cassini Technologies develops innovative ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical guidance devices utilized by surgeons and clinics throughout Europe, the US, and an expanding international distributor network. As we grow our distributor partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America, we are enhancing our clinical application function to keep pace with this expansion.

The Role

This position is ideal for someone with a clinical or technical background in ophthalmology who is eager to specialize in medical device applications. You will collaborate closely with our indirect sales team, providing training, onboarding, and clinical support for Cassini’s product portfolio, engaging with direct customers, distributors, and at various events. Frequent travel and interaction with partners and customers from diverse backgrounds are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

•

Deliver product training (on-site, remote, and at workshops) to customers, clinical staff, and distributor partners within our expanding global network.

•

Support distributor onboarding and ongoing enablement, helping partners gain the clinical confidence to independently sell, demonstrate, and support Cassini devices.

•

Provide clinical application support during system installations, evaluations, routine use, and customer-facing clinical studies.

•

Represent Cassini at congresses, symposia, and clinical education events to enhance our presence and credibility.

•

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support on pre-sales demonstrations, new customer onboarding, and post-sales follow-up.

•

Build direct relationships with end users, gather clinical feedback, and share structured insights with the team to enhance training materials and product understanding.

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Cassini’s technology, product workflows, and competitive landscape over time, with dedicated support to facilitate your growth.
