In de rol van constructiemanager bij Vandoren ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van onze projecten binnen de gestelde tijd, het afgesproken budget en volgens de juiste kwaliteitseisen. Je maakt deel uit van het projectteam en werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager en werkvoorbereider. Met jouw kennis en ervaring binnen de procestechniek geef je richting aan de uitvoering en stuur je montageleiders en monteurs aan zodat zij hun werk veilig en goed kunnen doen.
Jouw uitdaging:
Je begeleidt meerdere projecten tegelijk en bewaakt de kwaliteit, voortgang en veiligheid op locatie. Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie, motiveert je team en draagt bij aan een veilige en prettige werkomgeving. Daarnaast houd je toezicht op het gebruik van veiligheidsvoorzieningen en PBM’s en draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van montageleiders en monteurs.
