Netherlands | 0.5–1.0 FTE | Flexible hybrid working | 1–2 days on-site. As a Qualified Person / Responsible Person (QP/RP), you will be responsible for the importation and certification of medicinal products from third countries into the EU/EEA, while also overseeing GDP activities. This role combines quality leadership in GMP importation and batch certification with GDP oversight of wholesale distribution activities.

The Role

As QP, you will be the final independent quality decision-maker for imported batch certification. As RP, you will ensure compliance with EU GDP requirements and applicable Dutch legislation regarding the receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of medicinal products.

Responsibilities

•

Certify imported batches after physical importation and completion of customs processes.

•

Ensure batches are manufactured according to EU GMP or equivalent requirements.

•

Review batch certification packages for completeness and acceptability.

•

Verify transport, receipt, customs clearance, and storage conditions before certification.

•

Assess deviations and quality events affecting batch certification.

•

Provide oversight of third-country manufacturers and testing laboratories.

•

Maintain the QP certification register.

•

Act as the Responsible Person for GDP activities, ensuring compliance with EU GDP requirements.

•

Oversee the GDP Quality Management System and ensure responsibilities are implemented.

•

Handle GDP-related deviations, temperature excursions, and quality events.

•

Support audits and regulatory inspections.
