Bij Op Weg Jeugdhulp, een behandelcentrum voor kinderen van 3 tot 8 jaar met een (vermoeden van) ontwikkelingsachterstand, geloven we dat ieder kind kan groeien met de juiste begeleiding. Als teamleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen van de teams op de locatie, en zorg je ervoor dat de bedrijfsvoering op orde is.

Je coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt de teams op de locatie.

Je werkt samen met behandelaren.
•
Je zorgt voor een goede werksfeer.
•
Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg.
•
Met stuurinformatie zorg je ervoor dat de bedrijfsvoering op orde is.
•
Je draagt bij aan beleid en bent lid van het organisatiebrede MT.
